Lazpiur is a company based in Spain that develops integral mechanized automation solutions for assembly line processes to improve productivity. Special machines and turnkey solutions for all sectors specializing in: automotive industry, appliances, locks, cosmetics, etc. They manufacture machinery and tools for forging, consumables, punches, cutting matrixes, dies, etc., and their machines can stand alone or be arranged to form completely automated lines.
Machinery like this requires dedicated fixturing to support the task at hand. However, ordering necessary tooling from Spain presents many problems in terms of cost (dollar vs. euro), shipping issues, lead times, etc.
Pentagon EMS has manufactured hundreds of these types of fixtures, most often for various odd-form insertion applications. These things are not your typical fixture so it's great to be able to get them made right here in the USA.
