It may not always take a wave solder pallet. It may not always take a surface mount carrier. Maybe there's no press-fit components. Maybe it doesn't require any of the tooling you might normally get from us.
But maybe you do need some way to accurately and repeatedly bend the flex so it fits in the assembly. We can build that tool for you. (see above) Maybe you need some sort of assembly fixture that spins. We can build that for you. (Click) Maybe you have a robotic soldering station and you need a fixture for a specific board. We can build it for you. (Click) If you ever need a specially designed pnuematic press to insert something into a circuit board, we can make it for you. (Click)
I guess the idea is that if you ever need to program a board, extract a simm card, form and trim component leads, apply labels, place gaskets, or who knows what, we can design and build a tool that will get it done for you.
So please, don't just think of us as the solder pallet guys! There's a whole lot more where that came from!
