Our customer had a panelized PCB with overhanging components and fragile components close to the board edge next to the v-score. They came to us to build a fixture of their own design which would support the board while quickly and safely depanelizing.
We built this custom application fixture to their specifications, provided it to them in a short amount of time, and it performed very well for them.
